    Reason for the nomination:
    The bottom marker speaks for itself: the monument was "blessed" (inaugurated) in 1988. Less than 50 years have passed, and for sure the sculptor hasn't died for more than 50 years. Since there is no Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines, Wikimedia Commons cannot host freely licensed images of this copyright-protected monument.
